Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• There is a production error that does not match the confirmed order

All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned after the return window cannot be accepted.

Return & Re-delivery Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error from Shadder-Rep Collections, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. However, the cost of delivering the corrected or replacement item back to the customer will be covered by the customer.

Refunds or Replacements

Once the issue is verified, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• A full refund through the original payment method
